LPCXpresso IDE - activation email not received
If the email containing your activation code is not received within a few minutes of entering your serial number on the Code Red LPCXpresso website, the most common causes are:
- You have registered with an invalid email address. See below for details on changing your registered email address
- Your email client has placed the email into a spam folder.
- Your email provider has blocked the email (possibly as spam). Please contact your email provider to allow email from code-red-tech.com.
Resend activation code
You can request your activation email to be sent again, by logging in to the Code Red LPCXpresso website and then clicking on the "My Registrations" tab towards the top of the page, and entering your serial number.
Change your registered email address
If required, you can also click on the "My account" option on the left hand side of the "My Registrations" page and use the "Edit" option to correct or change the email address associated with your account. After doing this, you can then use the "My Registrations" page to resend your activation code to the new email address.
